  • "No user found with username or email" error message

    Most accounts, especially for branch managers, were set up with the username of first initial plus last name; for example, if your name is Benedict Cumberbatch, your username would be bcumberbatch.

    If you did not have an account set up for you and you have never set up an account, you can request a new one with the "Create new account" link.

    If you know you have an account, but don't remember the username or email you used, and first initial + lastname isn't working, please email the developer.

    It is best practice not to create multiple accounts, as your permissions would need to be manually reset for each new account. For example, if you have an existing account where you are designated as a branch manager, and you create a new account, there will be no link between the accounts, so the new account will not "know" you are a branch manager.

  • "Wrong password" error message

    If you have an account but do not know your password, please use the Forgot Password link above. A new, randomly generated password will be emailed to you. If you receive multiple emails, please use the latest one. As soon as you are able to access your account, change your password using the "Settings" link.

  • No error message, the login page just reloads (or "Successfully logged on" message, but link doesn't work)

    This is an insidious issue that I believe is related to problems with Internet Explorer security on the intranet preventing redirects or Javascript from executing correctly due to security constraints. I am still trying to find a solution to this issue. Creating a new account or resetting your passworld will not help in this instance. One way to test if this is the problem is to try to access the site outside of Citrix/VPN/Intranet, using an ordinary internet browser such as Chrome. This page does not require intranet.
